Shadow of Mordor (not really an RPG, more like action with some elements of RPG, the nemesis system is just amazing and it's very FUN overall).

Witcher 3 (60-90hr long Open world-ish RPG).

Dragon Age: Inquisition (80+ hour RPG, very detailed and has online co-op although not very populated).
